摘要 目的：研究慢性心力衰竭病人中医证型、性别与心冲击图的关系。方法：选取2020年9月—2021年2月于北京中医药大学东方医院心内科普通病房及监护室的住院病人81例，记录病人一般资料，采用心冲击图采集仪器测定心冲击图数据。结果：男性慢性心力衰竭H值、tIJ值高于女性，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；不同中医证型慢性心力衰竭病人J值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：心冲击图在心血管领域具有一定的临床应用价值，在评估慢性心力衰竭心功能方面具有一定的客观性，在评价中医证型标准化方面具有一定可行性。

    Abstract Objective：To study the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome type gender，and ballistocardiogram(BCG) in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods：A total of 81 patients with chronic heart failure were selected，the general data of the patients were recorded，and the BCG data were measured by the BCG collection instrument.Results：There were differences in H value and tIJ value between men and women(P<0.05).J value between different TCM syndromes of chronic heart failure was different(P<0.05).Conclusion：BCG has a certain clinical application value in the cardiovascular field ......
