摘要 在中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库中检索通脉养心丸治疗心律失常的相关文章，梳理了通脉养心丸的组方依据、治疗心律失常的作用机制，通脉养心丸治疗室性期前收缩、室性心动过速、房性期前收缩、心房颤动、窦性心动过缓及由药物引发的心律失常，均具有一定的疗效，且联合用药效果更佳。综述通脉养心丸治疗心律失常的研究进展，以期为临床和科研提供参考。

    Abstract Articles related to Tongmai Yangxin Pills for the treatment of arrhythmias were searched from CNKI，WanFang，VIP，PubMed，Web of Science and other databases.The formulation basis of Tongmai Yangxin Pills，the mechanism of action of Tongmai Yangxin Pills in the treatment of arrhythmias，the effect of ventricular extrasystole，ventricular tachycardia，atrial extrasystole，atrial fibrillation，sinus bradycardia and arrhythmia induced by drugs were sorted out.Tongmai Yangxin Pills showed certain curative effect on different types of arrhythmias ......
