    摘要" 深刻剖析《黄帝内经·灵枢》“气街”理论的来源、含义，从气街角度探讨不稳定型心绞痛的病因病机。由痰瘀阻络致头气街气机不畅，由心脉瘀阻导致胸气街气机闭阻，由痰浊壅盛导致腹气街营气不能上达，由脉络瘀阻导致胫气街气不上荣。以豁痰开窍、活血化瘀、健脾化湿、通经活络为法，采用针药结合，上下配穴，腧募配穴等取穴原则，以内关、膻中、心俞、关元、足三里、涌泉等穴多气街同调，配天麻钩藤饮、血府逐瘀汤、二陈汤、补中益气汤、补阳还五汤等经典方药，使气机畅达。“气街理论”为灵活运用百家经典对不稳定型心绞痛治疗提供了新的思路和方法 ......
