    AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectsandmechanismsofdexmedetomidine(DEX)oncerebralischemia-reperfusioninjury(CRl)in rats.Methods：OnehundredSDrats wererandomlydividedintotheshamoperation(Sham)group，theCIRlgroup，theautophagyinducer (RAPA)groupandtheDEX十autophagyinibitor(3-MA)group，with20ratsineachgroup.ExceptfortheShamgroup，theothergroupsof ratsweretreatedwithwirecampingmethodtostablishtheatmodelofmidlecerebralarteryCDuringreperfusionatsineEX groupwere intraperitoneallyinjected with 100μg/κg DEX immediately，rats in the RAPA group were intraperitoneally injected with1 mg/kg RAPAimmediately，and ratsin the DEX + 3-MAgroupwereintraperitoneallyinjectedwith 100μg/kg DEX and 15mg/kg 3-MA immediatelyRatsintheShamandCIlgroupswereitraperitonealynjectedwiththesamevolumeofnoralsaline.Twentyfourours afterreperfusion ......
