AbstractObjective:Toexploretheefectsandmechanismsofdexmedetomidine(DEX)oncerebralischemia-reperfusioninjury(CRl)in rats.Methods:OnehundredSDrats wererandomlydividedintotheshamoperation(Sham)group,theCIRlgroup,theautophagyinducer (RAPA)groupandtheDEX十autophagyinibitor(3-MA)group,with20ratsineachgroup.ExceptfortheShamgroup,theothergroupsof ratsweretreatedwithwirecampingmethodtostablishtheatmodelofmidlecerebralarteryCDuringreperfusionatsineEX groupwere intraperitoneallyinjected with 100μg/κg DEX immediately,rats in the RAPA group were intraperitoneally injected with1 mg/kg RAPAimmediately,and ratsin the DEX + 3-MAgroupwereintraperitoneallyinjectedwith 100μg/kg DEX and 15mg/kg 3-MA immediatelyRatsintheShamandCIlgroupswereitraperitonealynjectedwiththesamevolumeofnoralsaline.Twentyfourours afterreperfusion ......
