论性工作者的人权保障(1)
【摘要】 性工作者的人权保障目前正处于脆弱与缺失的状态。为此，在现行法律框架内，必须通过严格界定卖淫嫖娼行为、坚持无罪推定原则、尊重性工作者的人格尊严和加强对性工作者的安全防范教育、健康教育来强化性工作者的人权保障。【关键词】 性工作者； 人权保障； 卖淫嫖娼； 尊重
The protection of human rights for sex workers

【Abstract】At present human rights of sex workers are poorly or insufficiently protected by the law. Therefore, some rules must be stipulated in the present law framework to define prostitution behavior, to apply the principle of the presumption of innocence, and to respect the dignity of sex workers. At the same time, emphasis should be put on the safety protection, health education for sex workers to promote the protection of their rights.
