呋喃唑酮对雄性大鼠避育机理的研究
【摘 要】 目的:研究呋喃唑酮对雄性大鼠睾丸细胞的药理作用。方法:按不同时间间隔,每日给大鼠灌喂20mg/ml呋喃唑酮,然后取大鼠睾丸进行病理细胞分析;及停药后大鼠睾丸细胞的恢复。结果:呋喃唑酮对睾丸细胞有特异性的损伤,停药一定时间细胞的功能恢复。结论:呋喃唑酮使用的剂量和时间有量效关系。
