【摘 要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗Ⅲb型前列腺炎伴早泄的临床疗效。方法:将66例患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予那妥治疗,治疗组给予那妥联用中药治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果:治疗组Ⅲb型前列腺炎总有效率、早泄总有效率较对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎伴早泄疗效优于单用西药治疗。

    Integrated Chinese and western treatment on type Ⅲb prostatitis complicated with premature ejaculation

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To study the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment on type Ⅲb prostatitis complicated with premature ejaculation. Methods: Sixty-six patients were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with Naftopidil, while the treatment group was given Naftopidil combined with herbal medicine. Results: The overall therapeutic efficacy for type Ⅲb prostatitis and premature ejaculation in the treatment group is significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated Chinese and western medicine is better than western medicine in the treatment of prostatitis complicated with premature ejaculation. ......
