【摘 要】 分析了21例晚期妊娠羊水减少病例的发生原因及妊娠结局，认为胎儿宫内发育质量及宫内环境对子代具有远期影响，认识到这一点才有可能有效地做到安全分娩和规避医疗风险。

    【Abstract】The paper analyzes the causes and pregnancy results of 21 cases of aminotic fluid decrease in late phase of pregnancy, suggesting that the quality of fetus development in womb and womb environment has long-term effects on offspring. Understanding of this fact could contribute greatly to safe delivery and avoidance of medical risks.
