【摘要】四逆散被誉为疏肝剂之祖方，具有疏气机、理肝脾之效，主治肝胆气机阻滞、脾胃升降受阻、阳热内郁等证。男科临床上，肝失疏泄、阳气郁遏之证颇为常见，多为四逆散治疗的适应症。笔者运用四逆散治疗男科疾病，取得较好疗效。
