【摘要】目的：提高社区的诊疗技术及医护人员综合业务素质和工作能力。方法：共150人，分19个小组，每小组7-8人进行授课培训。结果：(1)提高了专业理论知识及综合素质。(2)增强了社区护士对冠心病患者进行健康教育的意识。(3)更新了护士的服务理念，变被动服务为主动服务。结论：加强社区护士的冠心病健康教育知识培训很有必要。

    【Abstract】Objective：To improve the diagnosis and treatment technology of the community clinics and icrease the overall quality and the ability to work of the integrated services. Methods：A total of the 150 people were divided into 19 groups,each of the group has 7 or 8 people and all of them were teached and trained. Results: (1)Both of the professional knowledge and the overall quality were improved.(2)Raised the health education awareness to the coronary heart disease patient of the community nurses.(3)Updated the concept of nursing services,changed the passive service into an active one.Conclusion:It is necessary to reinforce the coronary heart disease health education to the community nurses.
