    【摘要】目的：通过研究妇产科护理中存在的风险，探讨其防范对策以提高护理质量?方法：选取我院2011年6月-2013年6月的妇产科患者145例，对其存在的护理风险及问题进行回顾性分析和总结?结果：145例患者经过科学的护理，避免了风险问题的发生，均治愈出院?结论：护理风险管理有利于减少妇产科护理风险的发生，值得进行推广运用?

    【Abstract】 Objective： The essay investigated on the countermeasures to improve the quality of nursing care by analysis of the risks of nursing in obstetrics and gynecology. Method： It analyzed and summarized Nursing risk for its existence and problems by 145 patients in our hospital in 2011 June -2013 year in June the cases.
