骨性关节炎治疗的基本原则，首先是要缓解疼痛，能够做到改善关节功能，同时延缓病程进展也就是说能够保护关节软骨，延缓软骨的破坏进程，最终达到提高患者生活质量的目的.
综上所述，小针刀松解联合臭氧关节腔内外注射治疗KOA，创伤小、安全有效、费用低、疗程短，不良反应及并发症发生率低.可有效缓解症状，延缓疾病发展进程.
