P27和nm23-H1在原发性乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义(2)
本研究中nm23与P27在原发性乳腺癌组织中阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05),P27与nm23过表达与乳腺淋巴结转移呈负相关,与患者生存期呈正相关。P27与nm23蛋白低表达的患者预后不良,而nm23与P27阳性患者预后均很好。提示同时检测nm23、P27蛋白有利于更好地评估乳腺癌的生物学行为及判断患者的预后,为临床提供更多的临床治疗依据。
