【摘要】目的:探讨可溶性止血纱布在肾修补术中的临床应用价值及安全性。方法:本研究通过观察48例外伤性肾破裂采用可溶性止血纱布行肾修补术患者及同期40例采用直接肾修补术患者的临床疗效,比较其止血效果、术后恢复情况及并发症发生率等。结果:研究组与对照组比较,术中平均出血量明显减少,平均手术时间无显著性差异,术后平均出血量明显减少,平均住院时间明显缩短,术后并发症发生率降低。结论:肾修补术中应用可溶性止血纱布,止血效果好,安全可行。

The clinical research of repair traumatic rupture of kidney with soluble stanching gauze.

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical value and safety of soluble stanching gauze in renal repair.Methods: This study observed the clinical efficacy of traumatic renal rupture patients include 48 cases with the soluble stanching gauze to repair and 40 cases with direct renal repair, then compare the hemostatic effects, postoperative recovery and complication rate between of them. Results:The study group compared with the control group, the average blood loss intraoperative and postoperative was significantly reduced, the average operation time has no significant difference, the average length of hospital stay was significantly shorter,and the incidence rate of postoperative complications was lower ......
