    【摘要】目的:了解儿科抗菌药物的应用现状,评价其使用的合理性。方法:收集医院儿科2009年4～11月出院病历2408份,回顾性分析其抗菌药物应用情况。结果:抗菌药物使用率为76.42%,病原菌检测率4.29%,头孢唑肟使用频率最高为46.44%,联合用药均为两联,联合用药率为45.58%,更换抗菌药物占7.76%。结论:我院儿科抗菌药物应用基本遵循了《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,但有些联用方案是否合理还有待商榷,在抗菌药物的配伍和病原菌检测上还需提高。

    【Abstract】 Objective: to know the situation of the application of pediatric antibacterial drugs, the rationality of the evaluation of its use. Methods: we collected pediatric hospitals in 2009 November 4 ~ hospital were retrospectively analyzed 2408 records, antimicrobial application. The Results: the antimicrobial usage, pathogen which 4.29% detection rate, use frequency is highest latter cefazolin combination therapy for 46.44% are two couplet, combination 45.58% rate of change of antimicrobial agents, 7.76%. Conclusion: pediatric antimicrobial application basic follow the antimicrobial clinical application, but some guiding principle of chemluminescence scheme which is reasonable still remain in the compatibility and antimicrobial agents should also improve the pathogenic test. ......
