    【摘要】 目的:总结95例微创小切口全髋关节置换术围手术期的康复护理经验。方法:术前进行健康宣教、心理护理、髋部肌肉功能锻炼以及体位指导。术后分期进行床上免负重锻炼和下地负重行走锻炼,出院时生活基本活动训练,并进行了随访。结果:95例患者术后切口均一期愈合,无感染、骨折及血管神经损伤发生,疼痛程度轻,患者均于术后2~3周下地行走,所有病例无1例因出院健康教育不当而致脱位、感染等并发症发生,术后7~10d康复出院,功能恢复好。结论:系统化的康复锻炼方法使患者易于接受和掌握。围手术期特别是术前的康复锻炼使患者从被动接受治疗、康复护理转为主动参与,积极与护理人员配合,进行康复训练,有效地预防术后并发症的发生,使患者能早期下床,改善髋关节功能,患者生活自理能力恢复快,提高了患者的生活质量和治疗效果。

    Abstract Objective: To review 95 cases of minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty rehabilitation of perioperative nursing experience.
