病房护理管理对患者满意度的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨病房护理管理在患者满意度中的作用。方法:选我院同期住院治疗的100名患者,将其分为A、B两组,每组50名,A组应用常规护理,B组行加强病房护理管理护理,对比观察两组应用后患者的满意率。结果:A组50例患者中,38例(76.00%)十分满意;B组50例患者中,48例(96.00%)十分满意,两组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:病房护理管理能提高患者对护理服务的满意度,有一定的临床推广应用价值。
