    【摘要】目的 探讨神经根型颈椎病封闭治疗的效果。方法 320例患者均在受累神经根用2%利多卡因2 ml+确炎松1 ml+生理盐水稀释进行了封闭治疗;每周1次,4次为1个疗程。疗程结束后进行疗效观察。结果 治疗过程中无一例患者出现意外情况,2例患者因药液顺肌间隙浸润发生Horner征。总有效率91%,治疗前后患者疼痛及焦虑评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 神经根封闭是一种安全、快捷、有效的治疗手段,值得临床推广应用。
