    【摘要】目的 对在血液透析中的患者进行系统的病理病因研究,提高治疗的疗效及安全性。方法对79位血液透析患者行规范的血液透析,就病因病理展开分析研究,同时对组织形态计量学检测,测定某些血生化指标。结果 79位血液透析患者均有程度不等、变化不一的组织学病理变化。结论 对血液透析患者进行系统规范的透析治疗,可以提高治疗的效果预防并发症,提高病人的生存质量。

    【Abstract】 objective to hemodialysis patients in the study of pathology, etiology system, improve the efficacy and safety of treatment. Methods of 79 a hemodialysis patients do standard hemodialysis, etiology, and analyzes pathology organization form of testing, determination of chemometrics in some blood biochemical indicators. Results 79 a hemodialysis patients were degree and change of different histological pathology. Conclusion on hemodialysis patients system, can improve the dialysis treatment effect to prevent complications, improve the quality of life of patients.
