微量泵持续输注5-氟尿嘧啶治疗34例消化道 肿瘤患者的护理体会
【中图分类号】R472 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1672-3783(2010)10-0118-01【摘要】目的:探讨微量泵持续静脉输注5-氟尿嘧啶治疗消化道肿瘤的护理方法与体会。方法:对我院2009年6月-2010年2月收治的34例消化道肿瘤患者采取微量泵持续输注5-氟尿嘧啶治疗的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:34例患者有4例出现轻微的静脉炎,占11.76%,经适当的处理红肿消失,圆满完成治疗方案。结论:使用微量泵持续化疗可明显减少患者的局部不良反应,提高患者的生活质量和增强患者的治疗信心。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the micro pumps continuous infusion 5-Fu in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer and experience of nursing. Methods: The hospital in June 2009 -2010 admitted on Feb. 34 patients with gastrointestinal cancer patients to take micro pump infusion 5-Fuin the treatment of clinical nursing data was analyzed retrospectively. Results: 34 patients, 4 patients had mild phlebitis, accounting for 11.76%; swelling disappeared after appropriate treatment, the successful completion of treatment. Conclusion: The use of micro pumps continuous chemotherapy can significantly reduce local adverse reactions in patients and improve the quality of life of patients and enhance patient confidence. ......
