节育环子宫外异位(节育环穿孔)1例超声所见

【摘要】对于IUD异位患者,临床上采用超声表现与病史相结合的诊断方法,更能提供其诊断准确性。自述1天前于私人诊所放置节育环后一直剧烈腹痛,怀疑节育环穿孔。今日到我院就诊,超声检查所见:子宫前位,大小正常约34×40×67mm,宫内未显示节育环,子宫直肠陷凹宫颈后方扫及节育环样强回声物,与宫颈后唇浆膜层无明显分界,见图1、2。外周见无回声暗区包绕。双侧附件区未见异常声像。超声诊断:盆腔积液、盆腔內节育环回声(考虑节育环穿孔)。手术所见:打开盆腔,可见子宫附件大小正常,子宫直肠陷凹见一完整节育环回声。

【Abstract】For a patient with IUD ectopia, we always adopt ultrasonic image combined with medical history in clinical diagnose for more accuracy. After put with a contraceptive ring several days ago, a patient feels stomachache often. She suspects that she has perforation of the contraceptive ring. After diagnosed in our hospital by ultrasonic examination, we can see that her womb lies in anteposition, 34×40×67mm in size, and there is no contraceptive ring in the womb ......
