    【摘要】目的：探讨胃石症与幽门螺杆菌之间的关系，并观察统计活检钳法配合抗幽门螺杆菌、抑酸和保护胃黏膜对胃石症的治疗效果。方法：对36例胃石症患者进行快速尿素酶试验及14C呼气试验检测幽门螺杆菌感染，采用活检钳法清除胃石并经过常规抑酸及保护胃黏膜治疗后，胃镜复查溃疡愈合情况。结论：幽门螺杆菌的存在会影响胃石症所引发的溃疡的愈合，采用活检钳法配合抑酸、保护胃黏膜治疗可有效清除胃石，促使溃疡愈合，有较好的治愈效果。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the relationship between bezoar and Helicobacter Pylori(HP), static the effect of the metod of biopsy forceps compounding with anti-HP, inhibited gastric acid and protected gastric mucosa. Methods:The clinical data of 36 patients who were diagnosed to have gastric bezoars were retrospectively analyzed by fast urease test and 14C breath test, adopting biopsy forceps to get rid of bezoar and the cicatrization of ulcer was rechecked by gastroscope. Results: the existence of HP may effect cicatrization of ulcer inducing by bezoar. The method of biopsy forceps combined with anti-HP, inhibited gastric acid and protected gastric mucosa can effectively remove bezoar and promote ulcer cicatrization. ......
