    【摘要】目的：探讨提高艾滋病晚期患者生存质量的方法。方法：回顾性总结86例艾滋病晚期患者住院期间采取姑息护理的效果。结果：实施姑息护理有利于降低艾滋病晚期患者的负性情绪，改善预后，提高生活质量。结论：通过姑息护理，使艾滋病晚期患者保持良好心态，增强战胜疾病信心，积极参与治疗，减轻痛苦不同程度的提高了生活质量。

    【Abstract】Objective: to improve the quality of life of AIDS patients with advanced methods. Methods: To review 86 cases of patients with advanced AIDS, palliative care hospital to take effect. Results: The implementation of the palliative care of AIDS patients with advanced help reduce the negative emotions, improve the prognosis and quality of life. Conclusion: palliative care, to patients with advanced AIDS to maintain a good attitude, and enhance confidence in overcoming the disease, actively participate in treatment, to alleviate suffering in varying degrees to improve the quality of life. ......
