    【摘要】目的：探讨健康教育在肺结核患者治疗、康复中效果，为肺结核防治工作奠定理论基础。方法：对本社区2009年9月-2010年6月间24例现症肺结核的患者发放肺结核知识问卷调查表和健康手册、知识讲座、生活及药学指导等方式，并制订完善的健康教育计划和行之有效的措施。结果：23例患者完成疗程，痰转阴23例，1例因合并糖尿病，药物依从性差，治疗失败。结论：健康教育可以提高患者对肺结核病知识的认知程度，达到促进疗效和疾病康复的目的。降低了病人的发病率，复发率，提高了治愈率，疗程完成率和痰转阴率。

    Effect of health education in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in health education, rehabilitation in effect, as the theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. Methods: This community-September 2009 -2010 in 24 patients between June is issued tuberculosis disease in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis knowledge questionnaire and health manuals, lectures, life and pharmacy guide, etc., and to develop comprehensive health education program and line effective measures. Results: 23 patients completed the course of treatment, sputum was negative in 23 cases, 1 patient with diabetes, poor medication compliance, treatment failure. Conclusion: Health education can improve patient knowledge of TB awareness level, to promote the efficacy and disease rehabilitation. Reduce the incidence of patients, the recurrence rate and improve the cure rate, treatment completion rate and sputum negative rate. ......
