用称重法测量产后出血的临床应用价值

【摘要】目的:评价称重法测量产后出血量的临床应用价值。方法:前瞻性选择单胎头位足月阴道分娩孕妇,随机分成称重组和目测组,每组100例，测量计算出血量，进行统计分析。结果:精测组及目测组产后2小时总出血量分别为411.4±214.0ml及173.2±110.2ml,两组在统计学上有显著差异(p<0.01)。精测组中70例行会阴侧切术，产后2小时总出血量为449.1±219.1ml,其中会阴切开术出血量为123.1±90.3ml，占27.4%。结论:称重法测量是一种精确方便的测量产后出血量方法值得推广。
