    【摘要】现代的医院管理已经从过去的经验式管理转变为制度化管理，在医疗服务的整个流程中，应当做到任何一个环节都有法可依、有章可循，使医院的管理标准化、规范化、合理化、统一化，为医院的科学化、现代化管理创造条件。我院历来重视医院管理的制度化，并不断补充完善。现对制度化管理的定义、医院制度化管理的意义、要求和我院在医院制度化管理中的做法进行阐述。
