【摘要 】目的: 对新型宫内节育器安舒环与其它四种环临床效果进行比较；方法： 对2 007年4月至2008年4月自愿来我站门诊放环的667人采用随机放置法，115人放置安舒环，118人放置爱母环，163人放置母体乐环，131人放置花环，140人放置元宫环.根据所提供的详细地址、联系电话跟踪随访放置后副作用，或让本人来单位B超检查环的位置与形态；667人全部随访有效。结果：放置安舒环者与环有关的终止率为2.61%；放置爱母环者与环有关的终止率11.86%；放置母体乐环者与环有关的终止为15.95%；放置花环者与环有关的终止率为3.05%；放置元宫环者与环有关的终止率为5%。结论 ：安舒环副作用小，因症取出率低。
