【摘要】 目的研究家长的健康促进教育依从性对婴幼儿情感满足状况。方法 对同一个医院一个月内出生的婴幼儿(0~3岁)，选择300例，其中城市户口153例，农村户口147例，进行健康促进教育。结果在健康促进教育中，依从性好的家长，婴幼儿在性格、适应集体、情绪情感表达、自理能力、早期认知等方面表现较好，依从性不好的家长，婴幼儿的各方面能力相对薄弱。结论婴幼儿身心健康与家长接受健康促进教育成正相关。
