【摘要】目的 总结中药薰洗在断指再植术后再植指功能康复中的应用及效果评价。方法 将2008年1月-2011年1月我院断指再植成活的169例指随机分为两组，实验组85指和对照组84指，实验组进行常规康复训练+中药熏洗，对照组采用常规康复训练。结果 实验组和对照组再植指功能比较，术后6月再植指的功能实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药熏洗可促进血液循环，促进细胞新陈代谢，加速再植指的功能恢复。
