【摘要】目的： 探讨产后出血的病因、诊断依据与急救方法。方法： 回顾性分析我院2007年6月-2008年6月113例产后出血孕妇的出血原因、急救方法及治疗结果。结果： 113例产后出血的孕妇，除1例因凝血功能障碍导致的产后出血患者死亡,1例并发席汉综合征外,其余全部抢救成功且无其他明显并发症。子宫收缩乏力是造成孕妇产后出血的首要原因。结论： 产后出血极大地威胁着孕妇的生命安全，相关医生应该做好产后出血的预防、诊断、急救等准备，尽最大努力降低产后出血患者的死亡率和并发症发生率。

【Abstract】objective：discus the etiology, diagnosis and first aid methods of Postpartum hemorrhage。 Methods： Retrospective analysis the reason of bleeding on113 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women from June 2007 to June 2008，and its first aid and treatment results。 Result：113 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women, except for 1 patient with coagulopathy in patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to death, 1 case of Sheehan syndrome complicated, the other all rescued and no other significant complications ......
