    【摘要】目的 分析临床护理在丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉行无痛人流术中的效果。方法 对382例受术者在丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉下行无痛人流术，并给予相应的护理配合，对手术效果进行回顾性分析。结果 受术者在临床护理配合下使用丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉均能顺利达到手术的理想效果。结论 对无痛人流术者，采取积极、有效的护理措施，可以避免人流综合症和术后并发症的发生。

    Propofol-fentanyl intravenous anesthesia for the purposes of painless artificial abortion care

    【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate comfort care and clinical effects of Propofol-fentanyl intravenous anesthesia for the purposes of painless artificial abortion of. Methods: Propofol combined with fentanyl on 382 cases of affected patients were carried out under painless artificial abortion anaesthetization, strengthen preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative comfort care. Results: 100% of 382 affected patients who sleep at different depths under anaesthetization reached the ideal effect. Conclusion: The Application of propofol combined with fentanyl could control the pain followed by artificial abortion carried out under general anesthesia and enhance comfort care, is conducive to the smooth operation, reducing the incidence of complications. ......
