【摘要】 目的 观察经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)联合微量泵输注化疗药物的临床效果。方法 选择286例肿瘤患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组146例，通过PICC联合微量泵输入化疗药物，对照组140例采用传统留置针输入化疗药物。结果 实验组146例患者圆满完成化疗计划，效果满意，不良反应发生率低，优于对照组患者。结论 PICC联合使用微量泵可避免化疗药物对血管的直接刺激，从而减轻毒副作用，且方便、实用、不影响日常生活，减轻了患者心理负担，提高了生活质量，提高了患者满意率，降低了护士工作量，提高了护士工作效率，值得推广。

Clinical Application of Chemotherapeutics Infused by PICC Combined with Micro Pump

【Abstract】 Aim To approach the effect of clinical application of chemotherapeutics infused by PICC(peripherally inserted central catheter) combined with micro pump. Method 286 tumor patients were randomly divided into two groups. Chemotherapeutics was continuous infused by PICC combined with micro pump in test group (n=146) and traditional detain needle was adopted in control group (n=140). Result Therapeutic effect in test group was better than control group .Incidence of side-effect was lower in test group. Conclusion Without vascular direct irritation of chemotherapeutics, PICC combined with micro pump can decrease incidence side-effect, lighten patient distress, elevate patient life quality and increase nurse work efficiency which deserved to spread ......
