【摘要】社区医疗是整个医疗体系中最前沿的阵地，通过昆明市延安医院高新医院社区医疗卫生服务中心门诊3316张处方的分析发现存在对地塞米松的不合理使用情况。通过对其发生原因和应对方法的阐述，规范基层门诊的用药。使社区医疗机构能更好的为居民服务。

【Abstract】Community hospital is one of the elementary parts of the medical and health work. This article is an analysis of the use of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection in one community hospital of Kunming yanan hospital’s.Through this anaylsis,we can find the unreasonable use of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection .If we pay attention to it we can settle this problem.
