    【摘要】目的：探讨静脉留置针在老年住院患者的临床运用价值。方法：对2010年1月-2010年6月间我科124例老年住院患者使用静脉留置针的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患者对该治疗措施均给予认可和高度评价，124例患者仅2例发生轻微静脉炎，占1.61%，经适当的处理后痊愈，未见明显并发症。结论：静脉留置针操作安全，减轻患者因反复穿刺而造成痛苦，保护血管。同时也方便给药，减轻护理人员的工作量，提高工作效率。

    124 cases in hospitalized elderly patients with intravenous catheter nursing

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the intravenous catheter in hospitalized elderly patients with the clinical use of value. Methods: January 2010 - June 2010 between our department 124 cases in hospitalized elderly patients with intravenous catheter clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All patients were given the recognition and treatment measures highly, 124 patients, only 2 patients had mild phlebitis, accounting for 1.61%, the recovery after appropriate treatment, no significant complications. Conclusion: Intravenous catheter operational safety, reduce patient suffering caused by repeated puncture, protect blood vessels. Also facilitate the administration to reduce the workload of nurses, improve working efficiency. ......
