    【摘要】在市场经济条件下,在政府投入不足的条件下,医院既担负着保障人民群众健康的社会保障任务,又要为自身的生存和发展参与市场竞争的情况。责任重大,前所未有。安徽省立医院在“以人为本”的理念指导下,通过实施人才强院战略,多举措提高员工的综合素质,最大限度激发员工工作积极性。世纪老院在激烈的竞争中,牢牢把握机遇,各项工作均呈现蓬勃发展之态势。

    Discussion on people-oriented ,and promoting the hospital health sustainable development

    【Abstract】Under the circumstance of market economy,also the investment from government is not enough,hospitals not only exert their mission to protect health of all the people,but also have to take part in the competition for their existence and development. They face the greatest responsibility. Under the guide of people-oriented, Anhui provincial hospital fulfills the strategy of reinforcing the hospital with talents to excite the work enthusiasm of staff by improving their comprehensive quality. The hundred-year-old hospital has grasped the opportunity firmly in the intense competition, and the hospital continues to flourish.
