【中图分类号】R135 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)09-0041-01【摘要】合理使用抗菌药,对于患儿的健康成长至关重要。儿童对抗菌药物较敏感,因小儿在体格和器官功能等各方面都处于不断发育的时期，尤其是新生儿。由于儿童不合理使用抗生素危害是严重的，所以要改变儿童对抗生素的不合理使用。要安全有效地应用抗菌药物，进一步加大宣传教育，倡导合理用药和制定临床指引等，是目前医药界需要深入研讨解决的问题。

【Abstract】Reasonable use antibiotic, for the healthy growth of children is very important. Children are more sensitive to antibacterial drugs, for children in physique and organ function and other aspects in a continuous development of the period, especially newborns. Because children not reasonable use of antibiotics is the serious harm, so to change to children of antibiotics reasonable use. Want to be safe effective application of antimicrobial drugs, further strengthen propaganda education, propose reasonable use and make clinical guidelines, etc, is now the industry needs to be further discussion to solve the problems. ......
