【中图分类号】R473.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)09-0045-01【摘要】目的 探讨限制性液体复苏策略抢救创伤性失血性休克的护理配合方法。方法 回顾分析我科抢救创伤失血性休克伤者126例急救资料。结果 本组抢救成功98例，死亡28例，抢救成功率78%。结论 早期限制性液体复苏和正确的护理救治措施, 可改善创伤性失血性休克患者的预后。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the method of care coordination with the limited fluid resuscitation strategy for hemorrhagic shock in trauma emergency. Methods A retrospective analysised of our department to rescue the injured traumatic hemorrhagic shock in 126 cases of first-aid information. Results The successful rescue was 98 cases , death was 28 cases,the success rate was 78%. Conclusion Early restrictive fluid resuscitation and the proper care and treatment measures can be improved in patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock prognosis.
