艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗急性白血病临床研究
【中图分类号】R733.72 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)09-0056-02【摘要】目的：观察艾迪注射液联合化疗方案治疗急性白血病的临床效果。方法：将60例病例随机分成治疗组与对照组各30例，治疗组采用艾迪注射液加化疗治疗方案，对照组单用化疗。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗的有效率分别为90.0%、66.7%，两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组白细胞数下降程度轻，两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);血小板数，血红蛋白及毒性反应差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论：艾迪注射液联合化疗方案治疗急性白血病有效安全。

Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia
【Abstract】Objective: To observe Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia effect. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 patients, the treatment group with Aidi injection plus chemotherapy treatment, chemotherapy alone control group. Results: The treatment group and control group rates were 90.0%, 66.7%, the difference was significant (P <0.05); treated white blood cell count decreased to a lesser extent, the difference was significant (P <0.05) ; platelet count, hemoglobin and toxicity of the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia and effective security. ......
