    【摘要】目的：探讨急性肠梗阻的多排螺旋CT平扫表现及诊断价值。方法：对我科2011年1月-9月经CT、临床及病理证实的24例急性肠梗阻患者的临床及影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果：24例患者经CT平扫均能明确肠梗阻的诊断，诊断准确率为100%；其中，19例患者手术结果与CT诊断的病因完全相符，病因诊断符合率为79.17%，包括：粘连性肠梗阻5例、小肠肿瘤2例、结肠肿瘤5例、肠套叠3例、粪石1例、肠扭转4例、肠内疝4例。结论：多排螺旋CT平扫能快速、准确的对肠梗阻的诊断，与其它影像诊断更具有敏感性。为临床治疗及时提供有力的信息，宜作为临床怀疑肠梗阻患者辅助检查的首选检查方法。

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the acute obstruction of the multi-slice spiral CT scan performance and diagnostic value. Methods: The subjects in January 2011 -9 menstrual CT, clinical and pathological examination of 24 cases of acute intestinal obstruction in patients with clinical and imaging data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 24 patients by CT scan can clear diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, diagnostic accuracy was 100%; of which 19 patients with CT diagnosis of surgical results exactly match the cause, the cause diagnosis rate was 79.17%, including: adhesion intestinal obstruction in 5 cases, 2 cases of small bowel tumors, colon tumors in 5 cases, 3 cases of intussusception, fecal stone in 1 case, volvulus in 4 cases, intestinal hernia in 4 cases. Conclusion: multi-slice spiral CT scan can be quick and accurate diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, and other diagnostic imaging is more sensitive.
