    【摘要】生产力发展带来的是人民生活水平，文化水平的不断提高，以及各行业更加激烈的竞争。生活水平的提高要求各行业提供更高的服务质量。对医疗行业而言，传统的“求医”观念势必不能满足现有服务需求的需要。本文旨在对服务现状、服务内容及服务评价进行简单阐述，认为“五心”服务理念应更多的深化到医护服务的细节，从而提升服务的质量。

    【Abstract】With the development of productivity, the life level and civilization level of the people have increasely promoted, as well as that the competition among different businesses/trades/vocations has been becoming fiercer. Superior services among different vocations have been desired to meet requirement of the promotion of life level. In medical industry, the traditional doctor-centre view has been not able to meet existing requirement. of service. In this paper, we briefly explained current service situation, service content and service evaluation, and believed that the concept of “five-hearted services” should be applied to details of medical services, which could promote the quality of services.
