    【摘要】我院自2008年3月成立断指再植显微外科以来，至2009年2月，共收治40例断指再植病人，行断指再植术57指，成活54指，成活率94.7%。良好的围手术期护理和健康教育指导，是手术成功的重要保障。

    Peri-operative nursing of Sevwesd Finger Replantation

    【Abstract】From March 2008 when our hospital established the microsurgical operation for replantation of severed finger, to February 2009, 40 patients with severed finger were treated and 57 severed fingers were replanted. 54 finger survived and the survival rate was 96.3%. Good peri-operative nursing and health education are important guarantees for the success of operation.
