    【摘要】目的 探讨生殖系统炎症的治疗方法及临床效果；方法 回顾性分析2009年1月至2011年8月我院收治的生殖系统炎症患者465例的临床资料；结果 所有患者经治疗1～2个疗程后,痊愈276例(59.35%)，显效165例(35.48%)，有效19例(4.09%),无效5例(1.08%),总有效率为98.92%(460/465)。结论阴道和盆腔灌注疗法可以按照炎性病变的轻重、部位的不同，使用抗菌作用强、抗菌谱广的药物,协同治疗，取得较好的效果。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the treatment of inflammation of the reproductive system and clinical results; Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2009 to August 2011 in our hospital were 465 cases of inflammation of the reproductive system of clinical data; results of all patients treated 1 to 2 months after treatment, recovered 276 cases (59.35%) were cured, 165 cases (35.48%), effective 19 cases (4.09%), ineffective in 5 cases (1.08%), total effective rate was 98.92% (460/465). Conclusion of the vagina and pelvic inflammatory disease infusion therapy can follow the severity of the different parts, the use of strong antibacterial effect, broad spectrum antimicrobial drugs, co-treatment, achieve better results. ......
