经皮肾微造瘘钬激光碎石治疗复杂性结石的护理
【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2012)01-0012-01【摘要】 目的：探讨复杂性结石采用经皮肾微造瘘激光碎石治疗护理分析。方法：选择我院2006年5月至2011年5月收治的复杂性结石患者1200例，均采取MPCNL治疗，随机分为2组，对照组600例给予常规护理，观察组600例在常规护理的基础上实施有针对性的护理干预，就两组临床结果进行回顾性分析。结果：观察组结石取净率明显大于对照组，结石残留病例数少于对照组，平均住院较对照组短，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：全面有效的护理，可提高结石清除率、缩短了住院时间。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the complexity of kidney stones by percutaneous nephrostomy micro-analysis of laser lithotripsy treatment and care. Methods: Our hospital from May 2006 to May 2011 patients admitted to the complexity of the stones in 1200 cases, were taken MPCNL treatment, were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group of 600 patients were given routine care to observe the group of 600 patients in routine care based on the implementation of targeted intervention, the two sets of clinical results were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The stone removed in the control group was significantly greater than, less than the number of cases residual stone group, average length of stay shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: a comprehensive and effective care, can improve stone clearance rate, shortened hospital stay. ......
