全髋关节置换术治疗髋臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎的临床研究

    【摘要】目的：探讨全髋关节置换术治疗髋臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎。方法：选取2008年1月~2011年1月髋臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎患者共13例(14髋)，均接受全髋关节置换术治疗。结果：全部患者于手术后伤口均Ⅰ期愈合。经6个月~1年随访，Harris评分为(87.3±6.5)分，优良率达92.3%，Ⅰ、Ⅱ度患者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论：全髋关节置换术治疗髋臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎在中短期可解决患者症状，改善关节功能，提高生活质量，是一种有效的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Aim: Learn eplacement of total hip on DDH with osteoarthritis. Methods: 13 patients (14?hips) of DDH with osteoarthritis from Jan 2008 to Jan 2011 used eplacement of total hip. Results: All patients recovered in Ⅰ stage. After 0.5~1 years of follow-up, the Harris is (87.3±6.5). The excellent rate is 92.3%. The diverse of Ⅰand Ⅱ degree has no significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: DDH with osteoarthritis uses eplacement of total hip can resolve symptom and improve?joint function. 
