    【摘要】目的 探讨闭合性阴茎海绵体破裂后的诊断及治疗。方法 回顾性分析诊断的16 例阴茎海绵体的临床资料。结果 16例中年龄20～45 岁，平均34.5岁。6例为右侧海绵体破裂，9例为左侧海绵体破裂，1例为双侧海绵体破裂。患者均立即采用手术治疗，清除血块，肠线缝合阴茎白膜裂口。16例患者均于术后6～8 d伤口愈合拆线并出院。随访1～5年，无并发症发生。结论 闭合性阴茎海绵体破裂根据病史及体征可明确诊断，手术治疗恢复快，效果好，并发症少，是首选方法。

    【Abstract】Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of closed fracture of penis. Methods 16 cases of closed fracture of penis were reviewed retrospectively.Result The age was 20~45 in 16 cases and the average age was 34.5.There were 6 cases in the right,9 cases in the left,1 case in the both sides.The emergency surgeries were performed, remove blood clot, the split of penis white film was sutured by gut suture.all the patients recovered.There were nocomplication to be found during the follow-up for 1~5 years. Conclusions The confirmed diagnosis of closed fracture of penis can be made according to the medical history and physical sign .Operation is the first choice with quick recovering, better effect and less complication . ......
