    【摘要】目的：对节细胞胶质瘤的免疫表型、组织学特征、临床诊治等进行分析与讨论。方法：以我院2001~2011年收治的30例节细胞胶质瘤患者的存档标本作为研究对象，所涉及的标本全部取材，均经10%福尔马林固定，石蜡包埋，5μm厚切边，使用sp两步法和常规HE染色。进行病理学观察和免疫表型总结。结果：肿瘤标本的切面呈灰白色，界限较为清晰，与正常脑组织相比质地略硬，一部分标本表现出了明显的沙砾感。节细胞胶质瘤以星形细胞为胶质的主要成分，但是较少出现核分裂象，未见微血管坏死或增生。节细胞成分表达NF、Syn、MAP2abc、NeuN、CgA，肿瘤性胶质细胞表达Olig-2、S-100、GFAP。结论：节细胞胶质瘤的最佳治疗方式为进行完全切除手术，若因其它因素无法完全切除，必须进行放疗，以免残留肿瘤继续发展。

    【Abstract】objective: to quarter of gliomas immune cell phenotype, histologic features, clinical diagnosis and treatment are analyzed and discussed. Methods: from 2001 to 2011 of the 30 cases were ganglion cells of the specimen cancerous gliomas file as the research object, involves the specimen all materials, both by 10% formalin fixed, paraffin, 5 μ m thick trimming, useSP two-step and conventional HE dyed. For pathology observation and immune phenotype summary. Results: the cut surface of the tumor samples are pale, a clear boundaries, compared with normal brain tissue slightly hard quality of a material, the part of the specimen showed a clear sense of gravel. The ganglion cells in a star for glial cells glioma, the main component, but less emerged as nuclear division, did not see the microvascular necrosis or hyperplasia. Section cell components express NF, Syn, MAP2abc, NeuN, CgA, cancerous glial cells expressed Olig-2, the S-100, the GFAP. Conclusion: the ganglion cells the best treatment for a way to complete excision surgery, if because of other factors can't complete excision, must radiation therapy, lest residual tumor continue to development. ......
