    【摘要】目的：分析前置胎盘产前出血与子宫收缩的关系，探讨宫缩在前置胎盘期待治疗中的作用。方法：对178例入院诊断为前置胎盘出血的孕妇监测宫缩及阴道出血情况，并予硫酸镁及舒喘灵抑制宫缩。结果：前置胎盘伴出血产妇89.54%有不同程度的宫缩，期待疗法抑制宫缩对治疗前置胎盘阴道流血的有效率达85.93%。结论：前置胎盘产前出血与宫缩关系密切相关，抑制宫缩对治疗前置胎盘产前出血有重要意义。

    The Association of Antepartum Haemorrhage and Uterine Contraction in 178 Cases of Placenta Previa Patients

    【Abstract 】Objective : Study the association of antepartum haemorrhage and uterine contraction in placenta previa patients and the importance of inhibiting uterine contraction. Methods: Monitored the uterine contraction of the 178 patients with placenta previa and treating the patients with magnesium sulfate and anpo. Results: There were 89.54% patients encountering the uterine contraction. Inhibiting uterine contraction was effective in 85.93% patients. Conclution :The placenta previa and uterine contraction has close relationship. Inhibiting uterine contraction has important significance.
