    【摘要】目的：探讨小儿川崎病(KD)的护理。方法：对我院儿科2009年7月收治的1例KD患儿进行回顾性分析，针对患儿在患病过程中出现的各种症状、体征，提出护理问题，实施一系列有效的护理措施，并对患儿及家属进行健康心理指导。结果：患儿痊愈出院。结论：对于KD患儿有效合理护理是缩短病程、提高治愈率的有效方法。

    【Abstract 】Objective: To investigate the children with Kawasaki disease ( KD ) in nursing. Methods: my courtyard department of Pediatrics in 2009July treated 1 cases of KD patients were retrospectively analyzed, aimed at children in prevalence during the various symptoms, signs, put forward the nursing problems, implement a series of effective nursing measures, and the children and their families mental health guidance. Results: patients were discharged from the hospital. Conclusion: the effective nursing is reasonable with KD, shorten the course of disease, improve the cure rate and effective method.
