    【摘要】目的：探讨早吸吮早接触对产妇产后出血的影响。方法：选择我院同期200例足月正常生产的非高危产妇，随机分成观察组和对照组2组，每组100例，观察2组第三产程时间及产后24小时出血情况。结果：2组第三产程时间无显著性差异，但出血量大为减少。结论：早吸吮早接触刺激子宫收缩可减少产后出血。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate early as sucking as early exposure to maternal postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 200 cases of hospital full-term normal production of non-high-risk maternal, were randomly divided into observation group and control group (group 2), 100 cases in each group to observe the third stage of labor time and 24 hours postpartum bleeding. Results: Group 2 third stage of labor time without significant differences in order to reduce the large amount of bleeding. Conclusion: As early as sucking as early exposure to stimulate uterine contraction to reduce postpartum hemorrhage. ......
