    【摘要】目的 慢性溃疡和糖尿病人创面外用胰岛素治疗，能促使局部糖利用，改善局部组织的营养分布，加快创面的愈合，减少病人的痛苦，有控制全身感染和局部感染的机会，促使局部糖转化，减少局部糖存集，降低细菌生存条件。方法 在慢性溃疡和糖尿病人创面清创后，在创面上滴适量胰岛素，全身和局部适时加用适量抗生素，定期换药(开始一周内每日换一次)。结果 创面很快变干，水肿逐步消失，创面愈合加快。结论是治疗方法简单，效果明显，对广大类似病人有推广应用价值。

    The Experience in the Treatment for Chronic Ulcer and Diabetic Wounds

    【Abstract】Objective To use insulin for external application in the treatment for chronic ulcer and diabetic wounds. The treatment promoted glucose utilization and improved nutrition distribution of local tissue. The method can expedite wound healing to relieve pain. It promoted glucose conversion and reduced glucose storage of local tissue. So it can restrain bacteria survival to control systemic infection and local infection. Methods To drop appropriate amount insulin after deriding chronic ulcer and diabetic wounds. To medicate with antibiotic systematically and locally. To change dressings on regular. Results wounds ran dry soon and edema faded away. So wounds healing sped up. Conclusion The therapy is simple and effective. So it is worth popularizing. ......
